Key Responsibilities: Challenge first-line operations across enterprise risk dimensions
Enhance risk appetite statements, frameworks, and policies
Facilitate assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing
Oversee vendor risks and monitor emerging threats
Present risk metrics to leadership and Board committees
Requirements: Ten-plus years of progressive risk management experience
Capital markets or regulated financial services experience
Enterprise risk governance framework expertise
Executive communication and constructive stakeholder influence
