Key Responsibilities: Lead service design activities from discovery through implementation
Conduct research, synthesize findings, and recommend design solutions
Create journey maps, blueprints, ecosystem maps, and prototypes
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements for alignment




Apply accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
Requirements: Six years’ qualified service or digital product design experience
University degree in service design, UX design, or related field
Experience addressing complex digital service challenges
Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools
