The Senior Business Analyst works across business units and transformation initiatives as a generalist enterprise practitioner. You will frame complex problems, assess current performance, clarify outcomes, and design sustainable improvements. The work spans discovery, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.
Key Responsibilities: Translate strategic priorities into problems, outcomes, capabilities, and opportunities
Lead discovery, options analysis, and recommendations for complex issues
Map processes, value streams, services, and operating models
Develop decision-ready business cases, benefits, risks,



and dependencies
Coach analysts and strengthen Business Analysis practice standards
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business, operations, or related field
Minimum seven years of progressive relevant experience
Experience leading cross-functional analysis through outcome evaluation
Robust facilitation, consultation, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to attend NAIT Main Campus when required
