CMC Markets seeks a permanent Relationship Executive for HNW and premium clients. You will manage client relationships, support phone dealing, develop business, and increase engagement within an execution-only environment. The position requires global market knowledge, regulatory awareness, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with assigned HNW and premium clients
Provide platform support and execution-related assistance
Identify retention, referral, upsell, and reactivation opportunities
Educate clients on platform features and risk-control tools
Maintain CRM records and report performance indicators
Requirements: Three to five years in derivatives or financial sales
Experience managing premium client relationships and business development
Strong global markets, analytical, numeracy, and communication skills
Ability to work rotating evening or weekend shifts
English and Chinese fluency with post-secondary education
