This senior project manager role supports institutional and commercial clients across healthcare, transit, aviation, higher education, civic, and mission-critical facilities. You will manage delivery from preliminary design through construction administration, guiding design development and coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. The position requires solid communication, negotiation, organization, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex medium and large-scale projects
Oversee delivery phases, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders




Manage agreements, change orders, payments, permits, and documentation
Identify risks and mentor assistant project managers and coordinators
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
