As a Senior Project Manager on Clio’s Qualified Services team, you will oversee implementation lifecycles for Clio Operate, formerly ShareDo. Your work spans requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, business change, user acceptance testing, and support hand-offs. You will manage projects ranging from small part-time teams to initiatives involving more than ten people. The approach is adaptable, using different practices rather than one fixed methodology. Client outcomes include easier business change, happier users, and quicker realisation of benefits.
