Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary health care services
Focus care on geriatric patients and resident needs
Round at a long-term care facility weekly
Provide weekday daytime on-call coverage
Record patient details in the approved EMR
Requirements: Physician practice serving patients across ages and illnesses
Availability for part-time locum or permanent work
Minimum weekly patient-rounding commitment
Participation in evening and weekend network coverage
Use of a provincially approved electronic medical record
Support resident-centered geriatric care through weekly rounds, collaborative coverage, and EMR documentation across Nova Scotia.
