This role is responsible for overseeing client engagements, delivering value-added business and tax advice, mentoring team members, and building solid long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

Lead client engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and accuracy

Provide trusted advisory services related to business growth, succession planning, restructuring, and tax planning

Review financial statements, tax returns, and client deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a key business advisor

Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through proactive planning and strategic recommendations

Mentor, coach,



and develop team members while supporting their professional growth

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements

Contribute to the growth and continued success of the organization through exceptional client service and leadership

Your strengths include:

CPA designation

Progressive experience in accounting, tax, advisory, or professional services environments

Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal tax matters

Experience reviewing financial statements and complex client engagements

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment

Experience working with owner-managed businesses, agricultural clients, or the energy sector considered an asset
