Key Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests
Identify root causes and recommend permanent fixes
Support batch jobs, interfaces, validations, and health checks

Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation
Requirements: Eight or more years in SAP HANA AMS support
Robust functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance
Experience supporting Warranty Management business processes
Knowledge of SAP HANA production support considerations
Strong analysis, documentation, communication, and coordination skills
