Reporting to the Growth Group Product Manager, you will shape self-serve initiatives across activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion. You will combine quantitative analysis, qualitative customer insight, product judgment, and modern AI fluency to identify opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration supports measurable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Drive growth across key customer journey stages
Build repeatable, scalable, measurable growth loops
Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and lifecycle moments
Develop hypotheses and run thoughtful experiments
Guide initiatives from discovery through optimization
Requirements: Three to five years in product management
Product-led growth or experimentation experience in B2B SaaS
Strong quantitative business acumen and funnel analysis knowledge
Comfort using data to inform product decisions
Fluency with contemporary AI tools and concepts
Bring product judgment, experimentation discipline, and customer-centered growth thinking to Fleetio’s self-serve product initiatives.
