This Senior Manager leads safety, security, asset protection, and compliance performance within Global Fulfillment Distribution Centers. The position establishes priorities, monitors metrics, supports corrective actions, and ensures consistent program execution across wide-ranging site risk profiles. Success requires operational leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with site and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee safety, security, compliance, and emergency preparedness performance
Monitor regulatory compliance, audit readiness, corrective actions, and injury management
Ensure consistent implementation of programs, policies, standards, and procedures
Represent AP&S; in site, regional,



and network leadership forums
Champion capability development, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness
Requirements: Eight-plus years of progressive safety, security, compliance, or operations experience
Experience overseeing emergency response, investigations, safety, or risk programs
Strong knowledge of workplace safety legislation across multiple jurisdictions
Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance
Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
