As Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will own MSCP’s Resource Management System supporting scheduling, staffing, competency tracking, travel, lodging, and reporting. The work spans feature development, database maintenance, deployment, and production support. You will apply Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, Docker, and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities: Clarify requirements with stakeholders and improve operational workflows
Deliver features and fixes across the Resource Management System
Investigate defects, performance problems, and production issues
Manage releases while maintaining security and data integrity




Maintain tests, documentation, and development procedures
Requirements: Backend API development experience with Node.js
