As an experienced Civil Estimator, you will manage tendering from initial bid preparation through final submission. The contractor and developer delivers residential, multifamily, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects across Alberta and British Columbia. Your work includes identifying risks, scope gaps, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering solutions. You will collaborate with leadership on bidding strategies and coordinate quotations from project partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead tender preparation, coordination, and final submissions
Identify project risks, scope gaps, and savings opportunities




Develop competitive pricing and bidding strategies
Create value engineering solutions for civil scopes
Manage multiple assignments against strict tender deadlines
Requirements: At least five years estimating within civil construction
Experience preparing competitive civil tender submissions
Robust quantity take-off and cost estimation knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail
