Build scalable AI Agent deployments at Gorgias with forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, and professional services leadership. The team serves complex enterprise merchants.
As Head of Technical Solutions, you will lead the teams deploying Gorgias’s AI Agent after enterprise deals close. You will define standard offers, guide custom integrations, and connect delivery to revenue, retention, automation, and margin. You will also lead pre-sales Solutions Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Define packaged Forward Deployed Engineering engagements
Lead custom actions, order, warehouse, and ERP integrations
Own pre-sales to post-sales technical handoffs
Balance deployments against re-optimization and churn risk




Turn custom builds into templates, playbooks, and product updates
Requirements: Experience productizing reactive technical delivery teams
Skilled services P&L;, pricing, and packaging experience
Experience shipping AI agents into production
Ability to write and review Python or JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL
Lead Gorgias AI Agent delivery with deployment strategy, custom integrations, professional services discipline, and measurable merchant outcomes.
