As Director, Marketing, you will own product marketing, campaigns, co-marketing, and events. You will refresh positioning, messaging, and the ideal customer profile while leading go-to-market planning. You will also manage funnel targets, paid channels, sales enablement, and marketing performance. Your work will align closely with Sales, Outbound, Customer Success, Product, Forest, and Content and Creative Services.
Key Responsibilities: Own positioning, messaging, and ideal customer profile updates
Plan integrated campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content, and events
Set funnel stages, targets, handoffs,



and conversion goals
Build sales enablement materials and competitive analysis
Report marketing performance and shift budget toward results
Requirements: Seven-plus years in B2B SaaS, climate tech, or related marketing
At least three years leading a marketing team
Proven B2B product marketing and go-to-market experience
Hands-on full-funnel campaign experience generating measurable pipeline
Budget management and ROI reporting using marketing tools
