As Transmission Line Lead, you will partner with the Power practice while supporting clients across Canada and the United States. The position balances engineering leadership with pursuits, scoping, pricing, market awareness, and account growth. Work may be based in Winnipeg, Mississauga, Vancouver, or Calgary.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with utility and industrial transmission clients
Identify market trends, client needs, and project opportunities
Lead proposal development, scoping, and pricing activities
Shape North American transmission service growth strategy




Coordinate delivery with project managers and internal disciplines
Requirements: Technical and client-facing leadership experience demonstrated
Strong utility client relationship-building record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills across timelines and budgets
Minimum 10 years of overhead transmission line experience
Combine transmission line engineering credibility, pursuit leadership, and client communication to expand Hatch’s North American Power practice.
