Serve meals and maintain kitchen hygiene as a part time evening Dishwasher with The Salvation Army in London, Ontario. Weekday onsite work supports dining services.

This Dishwasher position supports The Salvation Army’s dining room and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cleaning, dishwashing, meal service, and safe food handling. You will report to the Food Services Manager while working with dining room staff, kitchen staff, volunteers, clients, vendors, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up the dining room and serve meals
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Clean assigned kitchen, dining, storage, and washroom areas
- Sweep and wash floors throughout assigned areas
- Restock washroom and cleaning supplies daily

Requirements:

- Some high school completion
- Up to three months of related experience
- Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
- Successful applicable screening and vulnerable sector check
