Alliston Group seeks an Estimating and Purchasing Manager to lead estimators, coordinate departments, and maintain vendor relationships. The work includes reviewing estimates, managing Homefront processes, and pursuing cost savings while maintaining standard specifications. Construction purchasing, budgeting, and team leadership are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead estimators and provide guidance and support
Review and approve complete, accurate project estimates
Maintain estimating procedures, guidelines, and best practices
Coordinate information among vendors and internal departments




Implement Homefront software and train departments
Requirements: Ten-plus years in construction purchasing or estimating
At least two years managing or supervising teams
Construction, Architectural Technology, or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
Ability to interpret plans, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Robust mathematical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
