Lead product performance management for Canada Life’s Health Products portfolio across London, Toronto, or Winnipeg. Build analytical and AI-enabled capabilities.
This temporary full-time, 18-month Director position reports to the AVP, Health Products. You will establish performance frameworks, scorecards, management routines, and accountability across the portfolio. The work connects customer, financial, operational, and strategic measures. You will also create decision-ready insights, improve data foundations, and support innovation adoption. Collaboration spans product, data, finance, pricing, technology, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a Health Products performance management framework
Establish scorecards and trend reporting across portfolio metrics
Lead recurring performance reviews for senior leaders




Identify performance gaps and mobilize improvement initiatives
Build trusted data foundations and self-service analytical capabilities
Requirements: 10+ years of progressively senior relevant experience
Experience in group benefits or health insurance preferred
Robust analytical acumen connecting customer, risk, and financial measures
Ability to translate complex analysis into decisions and actions
Strong leadership and influencing skills within matrix organizations
Direct Health Products performance, analytics, accountability, and innovation adoption for Canada Life across three Canadian locations.
