As an Equipment Scheduler, you will optimize logistics operations supporting effective business operations. Your responsibilities include equipment mobilisation, transportation scheduling, import/export processes, inventory management, and capacity planning. You will provide expertise to operations, service, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment mobilisation, demobilisation, and transportation to project sites
Manage customs documentation, permits, certifications, insurance, and authorities
Arrange road, air, and sea transportation
Maintain shipment and project status reporting




Monitor depot inventory and equipment certifications
Requirements: Five or more years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
Knowledge of fleet coordination and equipment mobilisation
