Workstream is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with full-stack application development experience. You will deliver well-scoped product features with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and peer engineers. The work supports an HR, payroll, and hiring platform for hourly workforces.
Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack application features for Workstream’s platform
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders
Communicate across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success
Practice test-driven development for reliable software




Support cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid schedule
Requirements: Eight to twelve or more years of software engineering experience
Robust programming principles and design patterns foundation
Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD
SQL and NoSQL database experience, including PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Knowledge of Redis, Memcached, AWS, and distributed systems
Bring full-stack development, database judgment, cloud knowledge, and clear English communication to Workstream’s growing engineering team.
