As Senior Manager, you will lead senior research engineers across endpoint internals, prevention engineering, and machine learning. You will shape roadmap investments, guide delivery, and connect endpoint work with Elastic Security. The team builds Elastic Defend visibility and prevention capabilities against real-world adversaries.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed engineering team
Own roadmap decisions balancing efficacy, performance, and stability
Direct model development, training data, and telemetry direction
Drive protection parity across Windows, macOS,
and Linux
Represent endpoint capabilities through research and customer engagement
Requirements: Manage senior technical contributors across distributed teams
Hands-on security research and shipped protection experience
Operating system internals knowledge across kernel and user mode
Reverse engineering and malware analysis experience
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Bring security research, endpoint engineering, and machine learning leadership to Elastic Defend and Elastic Security.
