As Software Development Manager for SinaLite and Willowpack, you will lead an experienced development team across two businesses. You will translate priorities into reliable systems while working with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Data/BI. The position requires at least seven years of software development experience, including three years leading teams delivering business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritize software intake and roadmap planning across both businesses
Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
Guide architecture across legacy systems, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Improve pricing,
costing, and order-management systems
Coach developers and remain involved through reviews and troubleshooting
Requirements: Seven years of software development experience minimum
Three years leading business-critical software delivery teams
Experience with manufacturing or comparable operational systems
Strong judgment across legacy and contemporary development stacks
Practical AI coding tools and agentic workflow experience
Bring software leadership, architecture expertise, and delivery discipline to SinaLite and Willowpack’s Markham operations.
