As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will provide technical authority across approximately 850 virtual servers and 40 sites. You will develop specialists, guide complex incident resolution, and advance critical environments. The position emphasizes monitoring, automated remediation, standardization, and platform modernization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of infrastructure specialists
Resolve complex incidents and analyze root causes
Deploy management platforms across the infrastructure
Advance monitoring and automated remediation
Improve reliability through scripting and standardization
Requirements: Advanced technical infrastructure expertise
Experience with large-scale virtualized server environments
Knowledge of directory and identity services
Experience with storage, backup, and disaster recovery
Comfort working with hybrid cloud and desktop virtualization
