Lead construction supervision and quality control for Perini Management Services in Newfoundland, coordinating field execution, inspections, safety, and schedules. This position requires temporary relocation.
As Superintendent and Quality Control Manager, you will report to the Project Manager while directing construction work and implementing the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan. Responsibilities span subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, schedule monitoring, submittal control, safety compliance, and corrective actions. The work supports federal construction projects and complex site conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, schedule, coordinate, and supervise construction work
Manage preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow-up inspections




Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor progress daily
Perform quality inspections and witness acceptance tests
Identify hazards and develop activity hazard analyses
Requirements: Ten or more years of combined construction experience
Minimum two years as a Quality Control Manager
Experience on a project valued above twenty-five million dollars
USACE CQM certification and OSHA 30-hour certification
Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and federal construction
Apply construction leadership, quality control, scheduling, and safety expertise while supporting Perini Management Services projects in Newfoundland.
