As Director of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, you will lead end-to-end recruiting and broader people operations. You will partner with leadership on sourcing, structured interviews, test projects, onboarding, performance frameworks, contractor renewals, and leadership enablement. The role includes one direct report and heavier near-term recruiting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Source and filter candidates across multiple channels
Run test projects and structured group interviews
Optimize sourcing channels and maintain recurring-role shortlists
Manage Glassdoor feedback and protect brand reputation




Design people systems supporting engagement and retention
Requirements: Three to five-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Five-plus years of progressive human resources experience
Experience hiring marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership roles
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Lead talent acquisition, workforce systems, and contractor-focused people operations while supporting Hadley Designs’ continued growth.
