As Senior Manager, you will lead channel and consulting partner programs within Novisto’s Partnerships & Strategy team. The role covers partner-sourced pipeline, revenue forecasting, joint account planning, and partnership models. You will also coordinate sales, customer, marketing, product, and RevOps teams while reporting to the VP Partnerships & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Own partner-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, revenue targets, and forecasts
Grow existing partners through account plans and pipeline reviews
Identify, qualify, and sign resellers and referral partners
Define referral, co-selling,



and joint delivery models
Establish deal registration, lead routing, and conflict rules
Requirements: Five-plus years in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel development
Personally owned partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Experience managing consulting firms, systems integrators, or resellers
Commercial intuition and partnership negotiation comfort
Robust process design and senior stakeholder communication skills
Bring channel development, revenue forecasting, and operational partnership leadership to Novisto’s commercial growth strategy.
