As Director of Operations, Corporate and Continuing Education, you translate strategic priorities into operating plans and coordinated services. You directly supervise managers responsible for corporate training delivery, continuing education programs, curriculum development, and operations enablement. You also monitor outcomes, address delivery risks, and strengthen accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate continuing education and corporate training operations
Develop service standards and measures for performance
Develop managers through coaching, reviews, and succession support




Address delivery risks and monitor program outcomes
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships
Requirements: Relevant bachelor's degree in business, management, or education
Extensive experience leading operations and managing teams
Knowledge of registration, learner records, and curriculum interdependencies
Understanding of privacy, accessibility, employment, and safety legislation
Ability to understand customer needs and communicate exceptionally
Use your program operations, curriculum, and leadership experience to support coordinated continuing education delivery at NAIT.
