MST Experience in VMware Architecture , design, and implementation as a solution architect or system architect on infrastructure projects ~ degree or diploma in IT, Computing Science or a related field Lead VMware DR and High Availability testing including SRM and vSphere Replication ~ VMware qualified training: Solution/system architect skills supporting infrastructure projects ~Understanding of IT business continuity, security, and risk assessment and optimization methodologies Responsible for designing and implementing the upgrade across multiple data centres in Canada and the US Provide input to infrastructure project deliverables: schedules, test plans, test results, implementation plans and transition to operations Develop, implement and review support processes and procedures to ensure compliance with policies,
