DM Elite Talent seeks an experienced Plant & Production Manager for an established organization. Oversee production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations. Lead frontline teams while improving efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities
Coordinate schedules, staffing, and workflow against operational targets
Manage shipments, inventory accuracy, picking, staging, and loading
Implement improvements addressing bottlenecks, productivity, and costs
Monitor productivity, labour efficiency,



costs, and fulfillment KPIs
Requirements: Three to five or more years managing production, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations
Experience managing Supervisors or Team Leads
Understanding of inventory, shipping, receiving, and production scheduling
Ability to lead large teams and manage performance
Robust communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
