This Manager, Regional Marketing role partners with Operations, practice leaders, and Support Centre teams. You will translate market intelligence into recommendations, activate practice-level plans, and improve marketing effectiveness. The position requires progressive B2C marketing experience, robust communication, and disciplined project management.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize regional practice portfolios through performance trends
Activate marketing plans aligned with business priorities
Advise on acquisition, retention, budgets, and return on investment
Support mergers, acquisitions, relocations,



and practice builds
Build relationships and lead regular performance conversations
Requirements: Five to seven years of progressive B2C marketing experience
Healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service experience valued
Consulting or advisory experience considered an asset
Ability to interpret data and develop business recommendations
Experience managing budgets, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities
