This Senior Software Developer in Test works across Align’s Treatment Planning group and clinical expert community. You will verify open-ended orthodontic requirements and build testing solutions for cloud services in a regulated medical workplace. The position combines exploratory testing, automated frameworks, release leadership, and technical collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities: Find advanced solutions for verifying open-ended clinical requirements
Perform exploratory testing and guide formal test scripts
Troubleshoot and triage manually reported problems and feedback
Act as QA lead for releases involving multiple teams
Improve QA methodologies, automation, and company-wide best practices
Requirements: Eight or more years in commercial or enterprise environments
Deep knowledge of automatic software testing methodologies and frameworks
Daily use of AI or LLM verification and testing tools
Experience with AWS cloud services and REST API testing
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical devices
