Maintain strong risk controls across pricing processes
Drive recent pricing solutions, processes, and deal structures
Coach team members toward company and performance goals
Support market and product expansion with pricing input
Requirements: Qualified actuary or financial markets professional
Seven years of post-qualified experience required
Project leadership securing senior stakeholder approvals
Ability to develop junior team members
Understanding of UK, US, Canadian, or comparable markets
Lead pricing teams and transactions through technical expertise, risk awareness, and commercial reinsurance judgement at Pacific Life Re.
