As HR Services Manager, you will oversee daily HR Services and advise organizational leaders. The position covers labour relations, performance management, policy development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will also support a skilled, engaged workforce through responsive service, compliant practices, and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily HR Services delivery across the organization
Coach leaders on employee and labour relations matters
Manage investigations, grievances, and collective agreement administration
Develop compliant HR policies, procedures, and programs




Lead and develop HR Services staff
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Chartered Qualified Human Resources designation
Five years of progressively responsible HR Services experience
Three years managing, coaching, or developing staff
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
