Coordinate capital programs and reporting for NRC’s Real Property Planning and Management Branch through analysis, project support, and limited hybrid work.
The Program Coordination and Reporting Officer supports minor capital and deferred maintenance major capital programs across multiple NRC sites and business lines. This AS-4 continuing position provides coordination, monitoring, advisory services, communications, analyses, reports, and recommendations. The role supports the Director and program commitments.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate program activities and communications across NRC sites
Support project management coordination for capital programs
Monitor performance against established program objectives
Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations for decision-making




Support planning and reporting for project portfolios
Requirements: College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent combination
Recent significant experience supporting project administration and financial management
Significant experience analyzing and reporting project information
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP Project Systems
Apply project coordination, financial analysis, and reporting expertise to support NRC capital programs and operational commitments.
