This Senior Manager, Brand + Strategy position connects enterprise priorities with actionable marketing strategies. You will align brand, digital, communications, customer experience, sponsorships, partnerships, and demand generation. You will also guide performance measurement, strategic recommendations, and resource allocation across Purolator’s marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business objectives and insights into actionable marketing plans
Lead prioritization, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
Connect marketing investments with measurable business results
Direct campaigns, sponsorships, content,



and customer initiatives
Present business cases and performance insights to senior leadership
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, commerce, or related field
Ten-plus years of progressive marketing or consulting experience
Experience managing large marketing budgets and investment portfolios
Experience leading agencies and creative development
Solid business, financial, storytelling, and influencing abilities
