Reporting to the Director, Supplier Strategy & Integration, this Manager supports supplier, relationship, and outsourcing strategies. The work includes third-party solutions, market research, competitive analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and specialized teams.
Key Responsibilities: Implement supplier strategy for Sun Life Canadian Operations
Develop guidelines, procedures, and reporting for supplier relationships
Participate in supplier integrations and outsourcing initiatives
Set service levels and targets for the internal SRM team
Execute the digital roadmap and cross-functional process alignment
Requirements: Expert knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management processes and technologies
Extensive experience in a similar role
Solid project management and business analysis skills
Experience analyzing data and presenting recommendations to leadership
Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance
