Key Responsibilities: Develop and document accounting policies and processes
Maintain quality control over financial transactions
Manage federal and provincial tax issues
Oversee financial reporting delivery and accuracy
Support expansion through stronger internal controls
Requirements: CPA designation with IFRS working knowledge
At least 10 years of accounting experience
External audit experience across two busy seasons
Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Solid organization, prioritization, and communication skills
