Scarborough Transit Connect seeks a SEM Superintendent for the Scarborough Subway Extension Stations, Rail and Systems package. Reporting to the Final Lining Manager, you will direct tunnel final lining activities and crews. The work requires construction sequencing, logistics planning, safety leadership, and coordination with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities: Manage protected tunnel concrete construction activities
Lead daily tunnel final lining operations
Direct formwork and concrete pouring crews
Coordinate waterproofing and rebar subcontractors
Maintain reports, progress tracking,
and field documentation
Requirements: 10+ years managing structural concrete works
Experience on large-scale transit or infrastructure projects
Experience with tunnel formwork and concrete pouring
Understanding of temporary works and crane operations
Knowledge of construction laws, codes, and safety standards
