As Manager, M&E; Design, you will develop WSP’s Food and Hospitality facilities consulting practice. You will lead design projects across diverse sectors and deliver safe, effective environments. The work combines client relationships, business development, proposals, layouts, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Grow WSP’s Food Service Centre of Expertise
Lead client meetings, networking, and business development efforts
Prepare proposals through RFP analysis, risk assessment, and fee evaluation
Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality,



and client satisfaction
Coordinate designs with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
10+ years in food facility design or related consulting
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an asset
Experience preparing kitchen layouts and equipment arrangements
Ability to travel within Ontario for short assignments
Bring food facility design, AutoCAD, project management, and client development expertise to WSP’s growing consulting practice.
