Shape Canadian financial-technology transformation at LTM FSTI through multi-project leadership, Agile delivery, and rigorous risk management. This full-time position is hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, requiring onsite attendance two to three days weekly.
The Program Manager leads strategic programs across banking, insurance, wealth, transfer agency, asset servicing, and platform modernization. You will integrate workstreams and stakeholders while aligning delivery with PMLC, SDLC, CMMI, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and client-specific standards. Responsible use of AI, automation, analytics, and delivery tooling is central to improving insight and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Integrate projects, workstreams, and stakeholders across transformation programs
Coordinate operations, product, engineering, quality assurance, vendors, and support
Maintain work plans, communication plans, status packs,



and risk plans
Ensure governance and compliance while enabling practical execution speed
Identify client-value, revenue-growth, and PMO-improvement opportunities
Requirements: Success running strategic programs with measurable business outcomes
Practical GRC, cybersecurity, privacy, resilience, and audit-readiness understanding
Interest in responsible AI and automation applications
Excellent stakeholder influence, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills
Global matrix-team experience across multiple time zones
Use program leadership, contemporary delivery methods, and financial-services technology expertise to strengthen transformation execution at LTM FSTI.
