Own cash flow, monthly close, and payments as a fractional CFO for a profitable DTC pet brand, working fully remote about one to two days weekly.
This hands-on CFO role manages finances end to end for a business exceeding $50M annually and scaling toward $100M+. You will oversee subscriptions, forecasting, tax, budgets, credit lines, and lender relationships. The role requires CFO or VP of Finance experience with a DTC ecommerce brand generating at least $30M annually. You will work with a bookkeeper, CPA, CEO, and founder while supporting Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy operations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain weekly 13-week cash flow forecasts
Close books monthly and review P&L; against budget
Run contractor, supplier, freight, and affiliate payments
Project subscriptions and cash conversion cycle
Manage credit lines, lenders, and financial controls
Requirements: CFO or VP Finance experience at $30M+ DTC brand
Hands-on monthly close and payment experience
Subscription, Shopify, Amazon, and ecommerce finance knowledge
Asset-backed credit facility management experience
Fluent English and discreet financial judgment
