As Communications Manager, you will guide the business side of a major corporate website modernization. You will connect communications teams, content owners, IT and security architects, and agency partners. Your work will support corporate narratives, reputation marketing, user journeys, authoring workflows, and digital communications priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery, requirements, design, migration, testing, launch, and adoption
Translate communications priorities into user stories and functional specifications
Manage agency delivery of adaptable, modular website components
Oversee taxonomy, metadata, governance, and publishing workflows
Coordinate UAT,



accessibility validation, training, and change management
Requirements: 10–15+ years in senior digital communications or content strategy
Enterprise website migration experience using Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager
Agile experience with backlogs, sprints, user stories, and UAT
Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle, and publishing workflows
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO, site search, and analytics
