Shape AdeptAg’s finance function through tax, treasury, controls, and forecasting expertise. Lead the Plantech Control Solutions business unit across Ontario locations.
This Controller partners with the AdeptAg group team, operations, and site leaders to scale consistent financial processes. You will manage cash forecasting, working capital, tax requirements, capital planning, internal controls, and Sage Intacct improvement. The business unit includes JM Controls & Electric in Chatham, Plantech East in Vineland, and Plantech West in Kingsville.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain internal controls and financial policies
Improve Sage Intacct processes and automation
Manage weekly cash forecasts and project cash flows
Coordinate tax filings with external tax professionals
Support capital planning and profitability improvements
Requirements: CPA designation and relevant accounting or finance degree
Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience
Three-plus years as Controller or similar leader
Cash forecasting and working capital management experience
Multi-entity or multi-site experience is an asset
Use treasury, controls, tax, and systems expertise to lead AdeptAg’s distributed Plantech finance function.
