- Related university degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related discipline and eight-plus years' experience OR ten-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.* Base salary ranges from $120,000 - $140,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
