As Senior Consultant, AI Safety and Guardrails Engineering, you will advance Governed AI by Design across CIBC. You will design reusable controls for AI platforms and delivery workflows. The work connects governance requirements with practical implementation, validation, and evidence.
Key Responsibilities: Translate policies and risks into policy-as-code controls
Design deployment gates, runtime guardrails, and acceptance criteria
Integrate controls across model lifecycle stages and CI/CD pipelines
Prototype reusable technical patterns for Azure and Databricks
Review designs, identify gaps,



and recommend mitigations
Requirements: Hands-on software, machine learning, MLOps, or AI platform engineering
Robust programming skills, preferably in Python
