This Senior Full Stack Engineer builds intuitive tools for planners, supervisors, and employees. You will work across React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and event-driven services. The work supports scheduling, forecasting, staffing calculations, adherence, exceptions, and operational reporting in contact centers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive workforce workflows using React and TypeScript
Build services for schedule generation, shift management, and exceptions
Implement event-driven workflows for schedules, states, and metrics
Model operational data in PostgreSQL and relational databases
Participate in reviews,



design sessions, planning, and improvement
Requirements: Eight or more years owning production full-stack applications
Experience with Java, Spring technologies, and Spring Boot
Solid React or Angular, TypeScript, and component-based development experience
Solid SQL and efficient PostgreSQL data modeling skills
Excellent technical documentation and client-facing workshop communication
