This Finance Manager supports finance transformation programs for high-growth clients and market leaders, preferably in insurance. You will address finance processes, decision-making, reporting, and technology implementation while building long-term client relationships. The position also involves project execution, risk escalation, commercial development, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities: Establish project objectives, scope, budgets, and execution plans
Design and monitor finance transition roadmaps
Support finance tool implementations as a functional expert
Identify risks and recommend preventive or mitigating actions




Develop client relationships, networks, and commercial opportunities
Requirements: Experience with record-to-report finance processes and reconciliations
Knowledge of consolidation, close, cost allocation, and planning
Robust accounting skills and understanding of financial statements
Experience in presales, business development, or go-to-market roles
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Bring finance operating model, project management, and client advisory expertise to EY transformation engagements.
