Remote Legal Counsel work at Solink centers on enterprise contracts, privacy, and AI governance for a hardware-enabled SaaS business.
Reporting to Associate General Counsel Nicole Davidson, this permanent, full-time position supports Solink’s legal team. You will advise on commercial contracts, privacy and AI, employment, and corporate matters, often with significant independence. The work supports enterprise deals and compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise agreements and vendor contracts
Answer Sales questions and review routine customer redlines
Apply contract standards and escalate deviations beyond approved thresholds
Maintain contract templates in the contract management system
Support privacy,
AI governance, and compliance programs
Requirements: Legal Counsel experience supporting commercial contracts
Experience advising on privacy and artificial intelligence matters
Ability to advise employment and corporate matters
Capacity to work independently on enterprise deals
Availability for permanent, full-time work from home
