Key Responsibilities: Assess physical and psychological resident conditions
Develop customized personal care plans with medical teams
Administer medications, IVs, treatments, and special tests
Identify health issues linked to chronic or communicable diseases
Monitor supplies and maintain medical equipment properly
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited registered practical nursing program
Current CNO Registered Practical Nurse license in valuable standing
At least one year of relevant nursing experience
CPR and valid Vulnerable Sector Check
CPI, Safe Management, or pharmacology certification is advantageous
